Id like to make a thread where men can share recipes in a non homosexual environment. I cant think of anything manlier than a Webber BBQ …especially if it uses heat beads. I cooked a 5Kg rump roast on the weekend that made me a rock star in my guest’s eyes. I marinated it in red wine, balsamic vinegar to break down the sinew and I cooked it for 7 hours “low and slow” ……. I have a thirst to cook more Webbers please share your knowledge oh wise ones……
