Ever since i built my new PC with Win7 64bit ive been having numerous issues with iTunes, so far i've been able to fix them all except this one, its completely stumped me.

About a week ago i launched iTunes to listen to some music, and i was confronted with this screen.



Okay cool, but where has all my music gone? I tried clicking everywhere but no matter where i click it doesnt do anything and i cant get past this screen when i click the music tab.

I check my apps and i get this.



Awesome so pretty much everything has been deleted from my itunes somehow.

So i thought i would try sync my iphone. Now its weird my iphone syncs as normal and does the backup and when i check the iphone all my music and apps are still there and they all still work.

Once i plug my iphone in and click the iphone tab and scroll over to the apps tab i get this.



On the right hand side i can see how ive got all my apps organised and such but i cant click it to change it or anything. Its as if Itunes has completely locked me out. I am pretty sure im the admin as im the only user on my computer.

So i thought i would try adding music to my library that works but it completely starts my itunes library from scratch which is what i do not want.

Has anyone else else had this issue before? Or just issues with itunes in win7 64bit in general? cause ive been having massive issues with itunes.

Ive tried downlaoding the latest update and repairing it but that didnt work. I wanna use the re-install option as the last resort because i dont wanna have to re-download and re-organise my apps/music when all the settings and files are still on my iphone and working.

Is there anyway i can restore it from my iphone perhaps? because from what i can gather my itunes has deleted everything and started from scratch, but my iphone still syncs and the files/apps stay there and still works. I realise its probably futile to fix it, but fuck why is itunes so buggy. Is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening in the future? Dont suggest other programs please.
