Deus Ex: Human Revolution (previously Deus Ex 3) will be the third game in the first-person role-playing game Deus Ex series, and a prequel to the original game.

It is being developed by Eidos Montreal in co-production with Square Enix, who are responsible for pre-rendered movie sequences and publishing. Neither Warren Spector nor Harvey Smith, the creative directors behind the first two games, is attached to the project.
